Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within a limited window after placement. Cancellations are subject to the order status and our ability to process the request.

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order enters the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible.

How to Cancel

1. Step 1: Log in to your Turtlemod account.
2. Step 2: Navigate to My Orders and select the order to cancel.
3. Step 3: Click the Cancel Order button if available.
4. Step 4: Our team will review and process your cancellation request.

For guest orders, please contact us at store@turtlemod.com with your order number.

Refund After Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved:

• • Full refund will be issued to the original payment method
• • Refund processing time: 5-7 business days
• • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that cannot be cancelled:

• • Orders already shipped or in transit
• • Orders marked as "processing" or "out for delivery"
• • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
