Our Refund Policy
At Turtlemod, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are available for eligible returns, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility
Refunds are subject to eligibility and approval. To qualify for a refund:
- • Item must be unused and in original condition
- • All tags and packaging must be intact
- • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- • Product must be from the Turtlemod Signature Calmwear Set (T-shirt + Pant combination)
Refund Process
- Step 1: Submit a return request through your Turtlemod account.
- Step 2: Our team will review and approve your request.
- Step 3: Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Step 4: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and received:
- • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
- • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
- • UPI/Netbanking refunds are typically instant to 2 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- • Items without original tags or packaging
- • Items returned after the 7-day window
- • Final sale or promotional items (if applicable)
