Our Policy

Returns and exchanges are subject to eligibility and approval. We want you to love your Turtlemod Signature Calmwear Set, and we're here to help if you need a different size or have any concerns.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• • All tags and original packaging must be intact
• • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• • Product must be from the Turtlemod Signature Calmwear Set (T-shirt + Pant combination)
• • Available sizes for exchange: XS, S, M, L, XL only (no XXL)

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

1. Step 1: Log in to your Turtlemod account and visit the Returns section.
2. Step 2: Select your order and specify the reason for return/exchange.
3. Step 3: Our team will review your request and provide approval.
4. Step 4: Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
5. Step 5: Ship the item back to us in its original condition.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, once your return is received and approved:

• • We will ship the new size to you
• • Shipping costs for exchanges may apply depending on location
• • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size

• • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
